Master Diver Rating
Master Diver is what we refer to as a rating, not a certification. This is the highest non-professional rating for a diver and is a testament to you dedication to gaining knowledge & enhancing your skill level. The best part is there is no class or in-water work necessary as you;ve already done all the hard work.
Our Master Diver rating fee includes:
- Certified staff review of your dive logs & certification levels.
- Certification Card
- Master diver wall certificate
- A special gift from Raleigh Scuba Diving
What you will learn:
- No learning requirements
Requirements:
Open Water certification prerequisites:
- 15 years or older (Under 18 requires parental consent)
- Approved diver medical form
- Liability waiver
Gear requirements:
- No requirements
Class requirements:
- Completion of 4 Specialty Courses or equivalent; only 1 course without dives, may be credited towards the master diver development program, with the exception of nitrox
- Completion of a Rescue Diver Course
- Proof of 50 logged dives
- Upload a photo to the certifying agency website (no hats or sunglasses)
Time Requirements:
- 1 hour of document review
